Физические требования
Light to moderate activity. Guests must be able to step on and off the boat, walk on sand and swim in the sea if they choose to snorkel. Life jackets are available so non-swimmers are welcome. Not recommended for travellers with advanced pregnancy or severe mobility, back or heart conditions.

Free cancellation
Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Within 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.
Weather policy
If the operator cancels due to rough sea or wind, you receive a full refund or free reschedule to another day.
Safety onboard
Boat is equipped with life jackets and first aid. Snorkeling groups stay under the supervision of a professional guide at all times.
Pickup confirmation
Your exact pickup time is confirmed by email at 10 PM the night before. Be ready 15 minutes before the confirmed time at the main hotel entrance.

Please provide your nationality, complete hotel name and address, room number and a valid phone number so the driver can reach you.
