Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows.
Weather Policy
The cruise is weather-dependent. In case of rough seas, the trip may be rescheduled. Full refund or alternative date offered if cancelled due to weather.
Marina Fee
A mandatory marina entrance fee of €5 per person applies. This can be paid in cash upon arrival at the marina or prepaid as an add-on during booking.
Safety Requirements
Life jackets are provided and must be worn during snorkeling. Follow crew instructions at all times. Kids must remain with the animation team on the lower deck during sailing.
Passport Requirement
Passport or a copy is required for the marina security check. Without valid ID, boarding may be refused.
Equipment Rental
Snorkeling gear is available for rent on board (€5 per piece) and wetsuits (€10 per item). You may also bring your own equipment.
